Secureline VPN error

Been using the VPN product for over 2 years or so.
Software seems all up to date however i get an error, any ideas?

Says "OOPS Secureline VPN has encountered a technical issue"

It does not work at all. Cannot turn on or off. New screen as well, so seems after a big update it stopped working. any help?
