Can't activate with new license

Hello
After expiring my plan I have bought new one.
Try to activate with:
- login with account
- re-install app

without success
Can you help me?

authorization - still doesn't work

- unlink profile in app
- re-login
> doesn't work

2nd attempt
- completely uninstall
- new installation
> doesn't work
