Cannot Insert License
« on: October 13, 2017, 09:58:29 PM »
A few weeks ago my avast said my license had expired and it's good through May of 20148. I reput in the license activation key and it was fine.  Today it's doing it again and now it won't accept the activation nor will it let me insert the license.  How best do I get support for this?

Obviously a typo  ::) --- I JUST heard back from support.  I have removed per instructions and reloaded and it still won't work.  It will take the activation code and turn green, but the program doesn't change.  This has been way more trouble than it's worth.

Do you really think if it were a pirated version I would be asking for help from the company???? I FOOLISHLY bought a two-year license for three machines...  That was my first mistake! I have noticed that you are the purveyor of snarky smart-alec responses to serious questions... is that really representing the company well, helping folks who have real problems with their supposed secure antivirus program or is being a jerk just your natural state of being?  Kindly do not respond if all you have to say is something assinine. I don't need that kind of assistance.
