Resolving network issues
« on: October 20, 2017, 04:57:09 PM »
Hi

Is someone able to assist me? I ran a smartscan and my network has an issue. I use a XTE Experia box v10 with version 3.0 firmware. Don't know if I can upgrade the firmware and not sure how severe this problem is. I have copied what Avast tells me when I try resolve the issue. Any ideas?

Your router info / userguide / and latest firmware should be found on the product website, or your ISP if they gave you the router

Can't find any of those. The v10 model is not on the xte website and kpn is the provider so no information from there either.

If KPN gave you the router I suggest you contact them

Ok thanks. How critical is this type of issue?
