Inability to enter existing activation code on a second device

Hi. I have two laptops. Windows. I bought Avast Internet Security and Avast Secure Line VPN for 3 personal computers. received two separate Product SKU's (one for each program) and received one single Activation Code. No problem activating the programs on laptop no. 1. The problem comes on laptop no. 2. I login to my Avast account and click on Licenses. There, there is no option for entering an existing Activation Code. It only gives the option of purchasing a new license. I suppose that I may be doing something wrong. Can anyone guide me? Thank you.
