Contact support by email

I have a problem with renewing my avast licence. How can I send an email detailing my problem to someone who can help? I have tried using the online support but always end up getting a phone number to ring. As I am in Australia, this is not feasible.
Can some one give me a email address to use please?

The support seems to be "changing" and the old support page doesn't exist anymore.
But you can contact them here: https://support.avast.com/en-us/contact

Keep in mind that they can take a few days to handle your situation. At least it was how the things used to work.
I don't know if they changed it with this "new support page".

Thanks for your replies but I followed both links and and using the "Billing, payment, or license issues" option,ended up with a US number to ring.
I eventually tried using the "Request a refund" option and was able to send details of my issue.
It will be intersting to see if I get a reply.
