Can't uninstall

Hello everyone,

So yesterday I boot up my pc to see that something randomly installed Avast? So after 4 hours of trying to delete it and looking online for a solution (yes I tried the avastclear.exe which does nothing), I still haven't found a solution to my problem. Are there any other ways to delete it?

By the way, when I try to launch Avast it doesn't even work. Nothing works it is just stuck on my pc and I can't delete it.
