Blocco sito dopo aggiornamento

Dopo avere aggiornato Avast Pro Antivirus mi viene bloccato l'accesso a diversi siti come questo che gestisco e ho bisogno di aggiornare.
Ho provato a disinstallare e reinstallare l'antivirus ma il problema continua.
Cosa bisogna fare?
