How can i do that when the only reply i got was instructions for paying via BPay which you have seen the transaction complete before.

When going to the customer service page which is different to your link, i hit submit and got no confirmation that it had been received..
I am going to go to your link again, though it should be as easy as an email instead of phoning..

how about phoning? did you get the solution? they said "Our premium tech support is here for you 24/7 for a free consultation"

I am having fun just trying to find their page that let me submit info to them on their page..
It's like the redefining of their support page is only making me feel like i am being given the run around.. i paid for the product, they sent all the order numbers and expect you to know which one to enter. when i could have put the wrong order number in the BPay system..

I am just getting overwhelmed at the moment from the lack of support and how difficult it is to just contact them about it, it is amazing..

My avast subscription ran out two weeks ago, while i still have VPN which is not on my account for some strange and unknown reason.. and avast secureline which is subscribed till 04/02/2018..
And as people can see, i had paid for my subscription via BPay and have not received confirmation of such renewal..

Hi, Bob reported it for you. (Be patient, it's weekend...)

I will try again tomorrow.
Though what is the problem with just contacting them via email and leaving the details of the purchase?
And whats with this auto renewal? its a pain in the rear more than anything..

BTW Bob?

BTW Bob?
See Reply #4. ;)

Yeah It sounded like he reported it to avast, for me.. though when going to call +611 800 673 935 iI dial 1800  without the 61 and I get this call can not be connected, please check the number and try again..

I am not going to call internationally, So tell me why i am finding it so difficult to contact them via email again and why do they avoid giving out their customer support email address??
Does Avast admins and support even look in these forums as well?

Btw thanks for the replies, it is appreciated . and the help..
