Email client (Outlook 2010) not Working with Avast Turn on

Hi to all,
Since the last update of virus this morning of my Avast Internet Security (version number 17.7.2314) with virus definitions from today (25/10/2017) my Outlook 2010 is unable to acess the mail boxes on the server and download the messages on it to the Outlook 2010.
Is there any other person with the same problem????
Yesterday, the email it works all ok and without any problem, today after installing the lastest version of definitions it mention something related with sincronization and encriptition in the Outlook 2010 and unable to download the messages.
Can Avast provide with a solution to this issue please.

The problem was solved as it was a set up in the firewall
