Avast Mobile Security Issues with Galaxy S7

Hi All

Galaxy S7, Nougat 7.0,  August Security Patch currently

issue is Avast a lot of errors, phone slow downs, excessive memory, battery use, and so forth,  Am Running 6.7.1 currently,  even tried clean install method, clear cache, force stop, uninstall, turned off phone for 5 minutes, reinstalled,  same issue came up again later on.   What is the deal?    Should I attempt another clean install of Avast Mobile security?

Hi, this problem could relate to the Device Maintenance feature, present in the latest Samsung models. It regularly kills apps running in the background, while our app is constantly doing the opposite. This results in a repetitive process of killing-restarting-killing-restarting, which leads to battery drain and a device slow-down. Please try this:

- go to your device settings
- tap on "Device Mantenance"
- select "Battery"
- at the bottom tap on "Unmonitored apps"
- add Avast Mobile Security in this menu

Ok that's done, hopefully did finally solve this issue, as do like the Avast app

That was my problem with the S7 Active. I was one Thanks.
