status processing

Dear Avast Team,
My Customer have the problems using Avast Endpoint Protection Suite.
When process updating tasks run for update vps to avast client, Why status always processing in the "Client-side tasks" on the process of updating vps. VPS latest Version 171024-6 and Engine latest Version 8.0.1609 but in avast client when update vps always status processing.
How to solve this problem?
Please help about the problems faced by our customers.
