Avast Business Antivirus causes issues after Windows update

Hello,

We have a customer, he ordered 1 Avast Business Antivirus Pro Plus for his Windows 2016 Server but since the last Windows update he cannot ping the server, he cannot access his folders and when he tries to connect to Internet in the server, it is very slow. All these problem disappear when he uninstall Avast.

What we tried:

We tried to repair the Avast installation.
We tried to install only the files shield

But it doesn't solve the problem.

Windows update number: KB4048951, KB4048953, KB4048951
The server is wINDOWS SERVER 2016 sTANDARD BUILD 14393.RS1 RELEASE 1710008-1615

Avast order:
Order number: 1510914279220956
Product: 1 Avast Business Antivirus Pro Plus 3 years - unmanaged

Do you have the same problem as well?

Yes I contacted the support and here is their reply.... They don't seem to really care about the problem :-(

Thank you for the information. Unfortunately I am still unable to find anything other than a free basic account for that email / domain. I would suggest that you reach out to an account manager or I can forward this ticket to them given the avenue that you too to purchase it.
