I bought 2 years of Internet Security yesterday morning using the program, Avast has taken the money but I got no security in return. I got an email receipt but nothing else. I've sent a ticket in yesterday I have gotten no response I guess I need to ask for a refund? I find it funny that the free version seems to be running fine but when you purchase any add-ons there seems to be a problem this is not a good start. I have used the send me my license and nothing happens, sending in a ticket and nothing happens. What's going on is this how Avast treats it's paying customers?

Everything I stated above is incorrect...I apologize...I bought the Internet Security package thinking it was an addon to the the Avast Free. I didn't know that was an entirely different program you had to download. Please excuse my ignorance, I am truly sorry.
