So I decided to try out Avast Free Antivirus based upon various reviews I saw. It it did work, then I would buy it.
I downloaded it, took a while to set up, but once I did I decided to do a full system scan.
I started it and said to myself to go away and let it do its duty.
I come back 2 hours later and it is still sitting at 0%.
Aaaaahhh, excuse me? Still at 0%???
I decided to shut down Avast and restart my laptop to see if I need to reboot to activate it. So I did.
Click on "Run Full Scan," and let it run. Now came back 3 hours later (went on my run and did my other workouts) and sure enough, was not pass 0%.
It seems to be sitting there at 0%.
What is up? Do I need to buy this antivirus to get it to work? If so, what a crock of offering free antivirus!
