starting few days ago I cannot record audio or take pictures from my phone from my.avast.com. I have premium subscription (Pro) one year. The message is We are unable to connect to your device. What is happening?

PS: It worked perfect until few days ago and my subcription will expire in 11 months. I tried to logout and login in the AMS and add again my device in my.avast.com, but still have the problem.
