trying to cancel

hi I have had avast for a few years but you seemed to have renewed it without my consent. think you stuck one of those sneaky hidden auto renew things in there. b ut you have emailed an old email address that I don't use to actually let me know and then just took the money over 10 days in advance. how the hell do you cancel this as I have looked everywhere and there is no way to cancel so I can get my money back off you guys ? oh and I have sent you a message through your site but had no reply at all
