"Company don't have security product." ???

After installing Avast for Business (Basic) on 3 Windows 10 machines I logged in to our Avast for Business account to activate the new installs.  When I click "Activate now" a red box at the bottom of the screen pops up and says "Company don't have security product.".  I have also tried activating each machine individually by going to Network>>>Devices and clicking "Activate" next to each device and the same red box pops up at the bottom.  The machines do not activate and the pop up is the only thing that happens after trying to activate.
 I submitted a ticket and other than the auto response when I sent the ticket telling me that I have submitted a ticket, I have not received response from support (been 2 days now).  I tried a quick search on google and these forums and found no info on this.  Any suggestions?

There is no new install of Free for Business any more.
If it's currently running, you still have it. But, you can't do a new install.
That product was discontinued. Avast for Business is now a paid product.
