Cannot login for Sync

I've my Android and two macOS working flawlessly but I cannot connect the Windows not matter what.

Once I enter the master password and click on "Turn on synchronisation" an auth pop-up appears.
I introduce my avast credentials: email and password and I always get the following error: "We are sorry, but Avast Passwords failed to connect to your account."

I tried to reset my Avast Password but I get the same error.

What's going on? Thank you

Hello,

there may be quite few reasons for this error message. Please make sure you have latests version of Avast (currently 17.7 -> can be be verified in Avast settings in About tab and update can be done via Update tab of settings)

How do you login? Via Google or you use logging in via my avast account credentials?

Hello, we have an incident reported on the backend causing synchronization enablement didn't work for 5 hours on 8th November according to date a time of your post it seems to me you may be "victim" of it. Could you please try it again now?
