For the past few months, I (and my spouse) have had to shut off the Web Shield to use the internet on any Shaw Open hotspots. With it activated, I can only use social media sites, nothing else will load. I had hoped that this issue would be resolved in subsequent updates, but it continues. Shaw is our internet provider, and works fine at home. Is this a known issue that will eventually be addressed, or something specific to our service provider, here in western Canada?
