I put in a refund request a while back, and it's been quiet on my end. I contacted support via twitter and was told the ticket would be escalated but it seems to be in the same state. I had an email stating that times were quite busy and I understand that, but it's coming up to 30 days then the refund window closes.
Is there anything I can do?
I don't believe you can do anything "against stupidity" of Avast Support.
A personal Avast "support service" is not even existing but is substituted by a forum and a very large amount of articles.

have paid recently for nothing because the website gives a status of expiring license.
I can't not even find the way on the website
where to create a ticket.
On this simple issue I have been searching in circles on the "support" and "Contact" pages.
Nowhere do I find any valid "real" e-mailaddress to contact Avast directly !!!
As I read the numerous complaints, I think my money will be lost. In my opinion ... a lousy company.
