Avast thinks my network has a problem. Ho to fix?
« on: November 14, 2017, 07:30:47 PM »
This is what I get when I run the WiFi inspector module:

How do I fix this problem? I'm using a "JiFi M2S" router.

CORRECTION: It's JioFi M2S, not JiFi,

Hi ram24,

sorry for late reply.

Could you please click on the yellow "Device is accessible from the internet" warning? It should display opened ports and services on your device and suggest what you can do with it.

OR

Turn on debug logging:
- open avast UI > settings > general > maintenance > tick "Enable debug logging" option
- submit support package using this article
- paste your ticket ID here

Thanks in advance,
