Missing files after Clean-up

 :(  I just used the Avast Cleanup and thought it wouldn't remove anything important, but since it did, I want it back.  I believe it wiped out my download file  but I'm not sure what else.  I can't remember what all was in there, but I can't believe Avast would not make the files retrievable.  How do I get them back.

Cleanup ran and deleted some files from my downloads folder that I was needing. I went into the rescue center buy did not see any file that where deleted.
