Secureline disconnects then reconnects every few minutes.

Since buying the Secureline VPN license Ive experienced regular intermittent disconnects then immediate reconnects.  This happens about 4 to 12 times per hour.  This makes using the Internet very disruptive and dysfunctional.  I cannot watch any streaming video or audio, I have erratic results with downloading and have to refresh my screen over and over when using any online website.

I am in Miami Florida and am using the Miami VPN Server.  I also tried the Utah Server with the same results. What is weird is that prior to my purchase I tried the service for the free week and did not suffer the same disconnects.

I am on a new WIN10 system with Quad Intel CPU and 8 GB of RAM.  Everything else runs perfectly.  Internet runs perfect and fast with no connectivity issues if VPN is disabled.

Any ideas?

Can you test it using the other servers?
I'll do some tests using the same servers as you did and see if it happens.

Is your Secureline the buitin (in Avast Antivirus) ou standalone version?
