how do i update cleanup

Am using Avast Clean Up  premium  version 17.2 So how can i update it to the latest version

i am now confused because according to this thread https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=210966.0 there seems to be an update available or maybe i dont understand what the person is talking about
