No FTP connection since downloading Clean Up.

I am really angry with this  Clean Up download , as since I have downloaded it my FileZilla FTP programme will not connect to the internet. I have spent 4 days checking everything from router to reinstalling File Zilla but have come to the conclusion my problem lies within Avast,  I have used the connection for years until I download Clean Up. Can anyone help me  please?

that's very unfortunate however in order to be able to help you we would need to know a little bit more about how did you get into this situation.
Ideally if you could describe what steps did you take and which actions have you performed in Cleanup before you got into it?
Plus if you could provide us with the log files it would be highly appreciated.

Log files are stored here: c:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Tuneup\log\ and you could then upload it either to your favourite file share or you could use our FTP server ftp.avast.com/ftp/incoming/ (login: anonymous).
