How do I turn off auto renewal ?

I have not use Avast for over two years, recently,I find Avast still deduct money through my credit card without any notice. I do not received any email from Avast, so I do not have Order ID such things and I can not submit a ticket to ask for help because it required order ID...Is there any way to get help?

It doesn't matter if you use avast or not.
You have bought a subscription and unless you end it, you have to pay for it.

It is just like magazines.
It doesn't matter if you read them or not.
As long as the subscription is there, you need to pay.

avast does not deduct money without a prior notice.
avast is sending at least 2 mails before the automatic renewal takes place, giving you enough time to disable the auto-renewal.
If you don't read them or are using another email address there is nothing avast can do about it if you haven't changed it/have let them know.

I've got to say this is one of the most concerning issues and has always bothered me!
How many folks who are not aware of the intricacies/fine details to ordering software/products, Avast on line, are getting charged over and over without noticing.
I realize that yes, people should know what they're doing before doing it, but the fact is many folks are not knowledgeable enough and to have a system that does not protect/count for this is truly "opportunist" IMHO

can anyone tell me how to turn off avast internet security trial ?    I can find the order but cannot find how to cancel it.
