Hi, this is expected behavior if you had Avast installed before. If you wish to resolve this issue, repair Avast from Control Panel. Otherwise this error should disappear with following program update.

Hi, Sorry for late replyl as i had no internet access due to cable cut.
would you explain a little further. I had not experienced it before.
What you are trying to convey by avast before.
Did you mean duplicate install of avast? please reply.
One more query, does the token, ticket system available for free users or not

I have the same problem, "Repair" does NOT fix it, and I've started a new post at https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=222247.0  . 
Various Dell Optiplexes running XP Pro SP3 32-bit, Win 7 Pro SP1 64-bit and Win 10 Pro 64-bit.  Firefox with security add-ons.
