I'm having a similar issue where I can't even DOWNLOAD the latest version. I've been stuck on program version 12 for so long. It seems like something with the servers is wrong, for me at least. I even tried updating it through Windows Control panel and that still didn't work. I also tried installing the latest version from a new download from the website, and still didn't work. What is going on?

I have the same problem. Avast Free Antivirus told me to renew the licence. Doing so ("jetzt erneuern"), the status "Auslaufend, 3 Tage verbleiben" does not change. I de-installed Avast (Avast cleaner) and re-installed the latest version (17.9.2322 build 17.9.3761.0). After installation the status "Auslaufend, 3 Tage verbleiben" reappeared. What should I do?

Yep we are still here ;-) It looks as the request for license timeouts. We are investigating further the licensing backend configuration.

so we found a bug on our licensing system. we fixed in internally and we will test it on stage next week and then apply to production. so please stay tuned we will fix it for you soon ;-)
