my pc hacked by Losers Virus :)

hi guys
 after finish from install windows on my pc i am opened the browser to download avast antivirus but suddenly my all data link finish by .losers for example music.mp3.losers , movies.mp4.losers , winrar.rar.losers all my data cant open
can any one help me to fix my files and remove that virus ?
