fresh Avast IS can not insert license

Hi!

I downloaded new IS and after reboot it's go to Avast Free! I can not insert manually the license file too.

Please help.

Regarding the last one, this happens when the license is expired - so you install Premier (or any other paid or trial edition) and the downgrade is performed immediately.

There's a quote from an Avast team member.

I think this needs to be changed. There's been several reports on the forum and it's happened to me personally.

Currently after install Avast [paid edition] immediately downgrades to Avast Free if the trial license is expired without giving the user a chance to insert their license file.

By the time the license file has been inserted, it's too late and Avast reverts to free and then when it recognizes the paid license, it requires another reboot to become a paid edition. It's really just an annoyance.

You should consider waiting 10-15 mins on the paid version with trial expired before reverting to free.

I am newly install IS, not getting any trial license, and can not insert my license (valid 2019).
