Avast constantly going down and needing restart
« on: December 07, 2017, 09:50:08 AM »
Subject pretty much sums it up. Running windows 10 pro 64bit, using Avast internet security free trial, and prior was just using the basic windows defender as an AV. Ill restart it as directed and it goes right back down just a few minutes later, so far i've made sure everything is updated and have restarted my pc. I ran the free for a day or so before going up for the free trial and seemed to have no issues with the free version.

I had Avast free antivirus program and it worked perfectly, but now I did buy the program and after I pay and activate the payed version, it does not work anymore, it cant load or crash.
I did try to contact support and got ticket number, but they don´t reply to me in any way.
I try to get my money back, but they just ignore me totally

Can you help?
