hi there, I am disappointed with this forum as a new member because I recently posted about my disappointment with the performance of cleanup and false readings?
I don't understand as a paid-up member of the premium version why no one in the company can be bothered to monitor this forum on a regular basis. Having looked at the responses however it does not feel one with confidence. There seems to be an inordinate amount of people complaining about poor performance and lack of refunds and so on. Perhaps someone from the company can take a look and monitor and give some proper responses to people
