Recently somebody hacked into my Hostgator dashboard (Dec 1) - reset my password - made a charge against my credit card on file for the domain name MOCLEAKSFORUM.com plus another charge. (total 2 charges)

Hostgator did an IP address lookup

System 2017-12-01 05:49:36 Customer (185.51.229.219) - Changed Password

Which seems to be linked to:

http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/185.51.229.219

IP:   185.51.229.219
Decimal:   3107186139
Hostname:   185.51.229.219
ASN:   198605
ISP:   AVAST Software s.r.o.

Is it possible that you used a paid version of Avast ??? Even a trial version of a paid product ???
If so, unless you disabled auto renewal, this charge may be for the renewal of that product.
This is just one possibility.
