Billed twice for Avast Internet Security

I decided to try the free 60 day subscription of the Avast Internet Security and about 30 days into the trial I received an offer for discounted full year which I took up. I paid and thought no more of it.
About a week later I received notification that the free trial was about to expire and not to worry as the transition would take place automatically.

I tried to contact you to say this was already taken care of but never received no response.

This weekend you emailed me to say that I had been upgraded and even worse taken another lot of money. This time the full amount! Not happy at all!!!!

I have tried to make contact via the support network but not heard anything back yet.
