Cannot find where to use code given after submitting a ticket in Contact Us

So I submitted a ticket on the contact us page just a few days ago



Afterwards, I was given a code to refer to it

I haven't received any email about it for a while now and I wanted to use the code but I can't find where it could be used

Does anyone know where I can use it?
