Using 17.8.2318 on Windows 10 Home 1709.
Avast did not start automatically so I created a startup shortcut "C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\avastui.exe." Now it starts as expected but leaves icons on the taskbar far right and on the taskbar. I can delete the taskbar icon and the far right one will stay active. How can I stop showing two icons?
PS: I have a nice screen shot but can't find out how to post it.
