Rescue Disk fails to install

Hi i've been trying to make A USB Rescue Disk and it never works, it always said "We failed to create a rescue disk. What do I do?

Hi !

I have the same message and the support was enable to correct this problem
( same problem on 3 different PC using win7 or win10 )
And this since several years... 

Hope you'll get more chance as I had with the support...
