I'm not sure what else I can do so I'll create a topic here.

Hello. I've recently got 60 days trial for Avast Premier. I thought I've had cancelled in my avast.com account once I've decided not to renewal and yet today, in my birthday, I've received an e-mail in regards to the payment.

I was shocked because I thought I've cancelled properly, yet the payment did went through by a company named Digital River Ireland.

I would kindly ask for anyone to help me refund in some way, it is really important to get this money back as I need for other things.

I have my order ID and everything.

I've asked for a refund so I really hope they understand I didn't meant to.
What I thought was strange was that I did cancelled and I was sure that it wouldn't go through, yet it did.
I cancelled in my avast account and my actual anti virus still says it is the free version since I've disabled the auto-renewal, so it is confusing to me. Gave me all signs that it wouldn't renewal.
