Avast Antivirus Clear Uninstall shows at " Choose an Operating System"

I used avastclear.exe to uninstall avast antivirus and installed again with avast premier on windows10.

When the laptop restart, it show choose an operation system : Windows10 or Avast Antivirus Clear Uninstall

So how can I remove this Avast Antivirus Clear Uninstall during startup?
