XP doesn't start in safe mode, but hangs on aswrvrt.sys

HELP!   :D

I read another thread about this (https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=130459.0), followed the directions, and have a file from FRST which I have attached.

If this can be fixed, please let me know!
