Bypassing security without problems

I do research for the company. This means usually I am researching on the internet all the time. This includes kind of shady websites. But recently after a ransomware attack, the company has taken extreme measure no to happen again. So now most of the websites I need seems to be blocked. We use a business internet connection by this telecommunications provider. The admin should have done something to block these websites. I need access to this website for work. I have given a request for this. But it could take time. In the meantime is there any methods I can use to access these sites?
