Wrong server on windows

Since today when I select the Sao Paulo/Brazil server it connect, but checking the IP its from USA! Other countries seems to work fine, just Brazil server is wrong.
This problem occurs only on SecureLine for Windows, on OSX and Android its working fine.
Tried to reinstall SecureLine but the problem continue.

Now its not working on MAC and Android too, what's going on AVAST???
I only need Brazil ip, without this the VPN is useless for me!

Sometimes disconnect and connect again was the "solution" to get better IP addresses or more accurate. But it's not working with Brazilian IP Address.
Unfortunately, SecureLine have a lot of issues about IP Addresses.

Those USA IP Addresses are in this class: 77.234.46.XXX
And it belongs to "New York City - United States of America".

Well, i tested here. No more Brazilian IP Addresses, indeed. It's only "NY - USA" IP addresses, now.
No matter how many times i disconnect and connect again, because only those IP addresses are coming.

Someone, please, report it to Avast?
Now, we have two issues... "SecureLine Standalone: server list does not fit on the screen and we're unable to connect to any server at the end of it" and "SecureLine: Brazilian IP Addresses are not available anymore, using Sao Paulo - Brazil server".

I really need Sao Paulo and can't get it to work, I'm getting USA instead.
