Avast Pemier update is blocking WIFI access

I updated my Avast Premier last night and now I can't find any WIFI networks to connect to. Its not the wireless router as my ISP tested it and I can also access it from my phone.

I'm not that savy but in Network Adapters it shows  avast! SecureLine TAP Adapter v3

Any suggestions
