Avast fails to make a rescue USB or CD.

First time was with a USB and the progress never moved. After that it starts off showing 40% at the start and instantly says "We failed to make a rescue disk." I've tried reformatting the USB Key and tried using a CD. The USB is in NTFS format. I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64 with the most current build and current virus definitions.

Repair didn't work so I moved on to its big brother, the uninstall, reboot, reinstall, and that worked.
