Stuck Scans with Today's 17.9.2322

Smart and Full Scans with today's version get stuck - Smart Scan at 42%, Full Scan at 27%. Settings are pretty much default and I have never had this issue before. Also, I note that in the prior version, Full Scan took quite a while to get to show a percentage, now it immediately jumps to 1% and then jams up at 27%.

What is the procedure for rolling back Avast to the earlier version??

Finally made it thru.... scans seem to jam up at these %s and it takes a while for them to clear.

Confusing since the scan jumps right in at 1%/

It is too bad Avast does not show the files actually being scanned anymore, as it seems the GUI circle is not in sync with the actual progress of the scans. Showing the files gives a much clearer picture of what is going on and if the scan is stuck on one particular file.


I will stick with this version for now...
