Why use Avast Cleanup?

Microsoft emphatically states do not use registry cleaners as they provide no benefit and may damage your computer. In light of that, why does Avast sell a registry cleaning product?

Avast Cleanup Premium is an optimization tool which scans for and resolves performance, storage, and security issues on your PC. Cleanup Premium is a paid product and requires a separate, paid license to use.
