Refund issue!!

I was charged for renewal! Even though I already cancelled it!! Resend my ticket for how many times and yet there’s no reply!!

Sending multiple tickets could be a cause of the delay, they are handled in a first in first out (FiFo) order, each time you submit a new ticket could result in losing your place in the order.
