oi formatei o meu computador aqui e instalei o windows 8.1 pro 64 bits, então instalei o avast instalador offline, porque o instalador online não quis instalar, só que ele não quer atualizar, dá erro desconhecido, na atualização que é a definição de virus e no programa também, então que devo fazer?

This is a English forum.

Change your DNS to the one from Google and try to update.
It is not a unknown error as can been seen in the log file.

Error 42227 = DNS error. Change your DNS to the one from Google and try again.
