Auto-Renewal Cancellation

I have went through all the steps to cancel auto-renewal for my avast cleanup
But it has been a week and I still haven't gotten the confirmation email
When I check my order online, it is still there with auto-renewal green/on

If it stay this way and charge me money when it expires then I will be very mad

Hi,

could you please send me your email (the one you used for purchase/trial registration) so we can check the status of auto-renewal and cancel it if it is still on?
